The service call covers one appliance diagnostics. If you have multiple appliances needing repair in the same visit, we offer a discounted 'Multiple Exam' rate of $50 for each additional unit.
We believe emergencies shouldn't be penalized. Our flat-rate diagnostic fee remains $99 even for Saturday appointments. Sunday emergency visits may incur a small surcharge based on tech availability.
Once we provide a digital treatment plan, your price is locked in for 30 days. This gives you time to decide without pressure.
